Most of our 5 O'CLOCK FRIDAYs lead to not-so-spirited Saturday mornings. This week we're shaking things up with a recipe that's guilt-free *and* great-tasting. It's a blueberry and banana smoothie (we added rum because #yolo) from Mexico City-based photographer and writer Daniela Constantini. She's known for capturing delicious breakfast-in-bed moments that make us jealous every. single. day.

Blueberry + Banana Smoothie 

2 cups of coconut milk
1 cup of blueberries (we recommend buying fresh berries and freezing them the night before)
1 banana (freeze a fresh one for an icy consistency)
a few mint leaves to taste
2 oz white rum
