Tarnished in less than a month, opal loose

So disappointed about this ring. Was on the waiting list twice before I was able to purchase. Received it 7/22 - it’s already tarnishing less than a month later. The band is now a brass color and it turned my finger green. The opal is lifting and will likely fall out if I continue to wear it; looks like it’s glued on.
