To extend the life of your gold plated and vermeil jewelry, avoid wearing when washing hands, showering, applying lotion, using harsh cleaning supplies or working out. To clean, buff gently with a soft and dry 100% cotton cloth or a microfiber cloth. Do not use jewelry cleaner on gold plated jewelry.
Amazing and beautiful!
I loved this piece when I received it, but after wearing it only for a few hours, it’s already missing a stone. I reached out to customer service and they said they don’t do exchanges, even though this is clearly a product issue and not normal wear-and-tear. Now I have to go through returning it, waiting for store credit, then repurchase. This process is clunky.
Hi Lisa! I'm so sorry to hear that. I just reached out again via email to help with a replacement. Talk soon! XOXO
Beautiful Ring, not the greatest quality.I fell in love with the ring, and got it for Christmas. I read all of the reviews and special care instructions,I made sure I took it off each time i washed my hands or put lotion on, before doing dishes and even took it off to shower. Sadly, within 2 weeks it began to chip away and the gold wore off also.Would buy again maybe if it came in silver, so the color wouldn't chip off.
I am OBSESSED with this ring! The stones are beautiful and so amazing. However, after just one week of wearing it, the rose gold color was gone and it began to turn my finger green underneath the ring where the coloring was rubbing off. I still wear it everyday because I love it and the meanings it has to me but I wish it was a better quality.
Hi Rachel! Thanks for reaching out-we're sorry to hear this! A member of our team has just reached out to help with a return. Though a finger turning green it typically an allergic reaction to the base metal, we're happy to help here! XOXO
