I Got this ring for Mother’s Day from my husband. It’s only been six days and I haven’t even worn it every day I look down this morning and the opal is missing. Sounds like this is an issue with this ring. I called but because it Saturday I had to leave a message. Hopefully I get a full refund I will be choosing a different ring since this is an obvious defects in this one! See other reviews

I got this ring for my sister as a birthday present. She absolutely loves it! It’s so pretty and unique.
I was so excited and pre-ordered this ring, and was told there would be 4-6 weeks before it would ship. The day I got it, I wore it for the first time and about an hour and a half later, I looked down, and the opal in the ring has popped out! Unfortunately, I was not offered a refund or a replacement. They said they had no more of this ring, and asked for me to return it before they would issue a refund. Poor quality, and a less than ideal handling of the faulty item. I would have expected a refund and replacement for something like this. A very disappointing experience.
