How do I initiate a return?
Please follow the return link to generate a free pre-paid return label. If this is an international return or the original order is over $400.00, please reach out to our Customer Experience team for assistance at firstname.lastname@example.org
How will I know when you have received my return yet?
You will receive an email confirmation from Local Eclectic once your refund or store credit has been processed.
To track your return back to our office, notate the tracking number on the label and enter it in the USPS tracking page: https://tools.usps.com/go/TrackConfirmAction_input
I received a Local Eclectic Item as a gift, can I return/exchange it for something else?
Yes! Please reach out to us email@example.com we’ll be happy to help with the return process.
Does Local Eclectic offer a warranty or repairs?
As we don't offer warranties, we will facilitate repairs on fine jewelry within a year of purchase.

Returns initiated after 14 days and within 90 days are eligible for store credit.

We regret that we are unable to refund your original shipping charges, if applicable unless the return was a result of our error.

Does store credit expire?
No! Feel free to take your time shopping with your credit.
We offer size exchanges for the same product within 14 days of receipt, you will see availability through the returns portal. Exchanges are not guaranteed until you send back your items. If the item sells out before you complete your exchange you will be notified and refunded for the original purchase.
If you do not see the size you want you are eligible for a refund or store credit to purchase at your convenience.
Please note: Exchanged items will be sent to the shipping address associated with the order. If your shipping address has changed, please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance.
Do I have to pay for shipping on my new order?
Yes, shipping will have to be paid on any new orders placed for size changes or other preferential reasons. Domestic orders over $150.00 USD receive free standard shipping as well as international orders over $200.00 USD.
I purchased during the sale, I need a different size can you honor the sale price?
If completing a direct exchange, your purchase price will be honored, if you’re looking for a different item, the sale price is only honored on pieces purchased during the sales period. New orders placed outside the sale period will be at the current retail price.
You must initiate a return within 14 days of the delivery date to be eligible for a refund for the cost of the item(s). Any time after the 14 days and within 90 days, you will receive a store credit for the cost of the item(s).
Can I make an exchange for international orders?
Local Eclectic does not offer direct exchanges. If you need to return an item for a different size or item, we will issue you a store credit once your return is received and processed. The store credit can then be used to repurchase the correct size or item needed at your convenience.
Can you provide a pre-paid shipping label for international orders?
Yes! Using our International Returns Portal, we offer an Express Pre-Paid label with DHL at a discounted rate that is deducted from your refund upon your consent.
Will my shipping be refunded for an international order?
Return shipping is not covered for international orders. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.
Prince & Valentine
Why are Prince & Valentine items only available to ship within the US?
At this time, each Prince & Valentine item has undergone quality control testing for childrens jewelry in alignment with US standards. Prince & Valentine is a new, but limited collection, and we are excited to evaluate the potential of expanding its availability to our international markets in the future!
Why are some Prince & Valentine pieces 13+?
When we began imagining Prince & Valentine, we knew we needed to prioritize the safety of these pieces just as much as the designs. Each item intended for wear by children is required to pass quality control testing in alignment with US standards. All items intended for children that passed these tests are noted as “suitable for ages 3+” on the product pages, while items that were not intended for wear by children and were therefore not tested are noted as “suitable for ages 13+” on the product pages.
What testing did Prince & Valentine items suitable for ages 3+ undergo?
These items underwent and passed ASTM and CPSIA testing.
What is the difference between kids ring sizing and grown-ups ring sizing?
Our “standard sizing” for kids includes sizes 3-5 and for adults (ages 13 and up) includes sizes 6-8. However, we recommend shopping according to ring size as it varies person to person. For instance, a kid may be a size 6 or an adult may be a size 4. We updated our downloadable Ring Sizing Guide to include sizes 3-11, and we also offer the Perfect Fit Ring Sizer to help determine the best fit!
