To extend the life of your gold plated and vermeil jewelry, avoid wearing when washing hands, showering, applying lotion, using harsh cleaning supplies or working out. To clean, buff gently with a soft and dry 100% cotton cloth or a microfiber cloth. Do not use jewelry cleaner on gold plated jewelry.
Shipping
All orders are shipped from our headquarters in Chicago, IL. Any order placed M-F before 1 PM CST typically ships same day, but please allow up to 2 business days early in the holiday season. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number. Orders over $400 are shipped with signature confirmation. Please allow up to two weeks for delivery outside the US.
Returns
We are pleased to offer easy returns on all orders. If you don’t like it or the size isn’t right, you can process a return. You have 10 days to request a full refund and up to 90 days to return for store credit. We take every effort to quickly process returns, but kindly ask that you allow us 7 days upon receipt in our office to issue funds back to your account.
