pretty but difficult to get back on post

I really liked how these looked but the back is very difficult to get on the post. With increased pressure to get the back on the post bent. I was able to get the back on with the earrings in my ear by clamping the post with a hemostat, but it was difficult and took awhile to maneuver. I got a 2nd pair for my daughter but will return those.
