Chicago's Broken Shaker in the Freehand Hotel has a vintage tiki vibe with cocktails that can stand the test of time! Absolut Elyx hosted us for a night of cocktails, classic martini making and general tomfoolery. The most photogenic (and the tastiest) cocktail of the night was served in a copper pineapple. It was so good we couldn't resist sharing the recipe and photos from the night in this special edition of #5OCLOCKFRIDAY!

INGREDIENTS
2 oz Absolut Elyx
2 oz Luasta Fino sherry
1 oz lemon juice
1 oz coconut crème
1 oz coconut milk
1 oz of Szechuan peppercorn & arbol chile cordial
DIRECTION
1. Shake all ingredients over crushed ice
2. Pour into the prettiest glass you can find (ice and all)
3. Optional step: top with an orange wheel and torched dehydrated cinnamon
