We stand behind every product that we sell. If you aren't 100% satisfied, we're here to help! We try to make the return process as painless as possible. Local Eclectic accepts returns on regular priced items that meet the following requirements:
What is Local Eclectic's store credit policy?
You have up to 90 days to request store credit.
We will not accept returns for items that have been miss handled, heavily worn or damaged due to user error. If the item is damaged during the return shipment we are not responsible and can not provide a return. To ensure a safe delivery of your return please make sure jewelry is returned in it's original box and safely wrapped. If items are returned to us damaged we will reship them to you at your own expense. You can not return items that were purchased with store credit.
All sale items are final sale and not eligible for return.
How long does it take to process a return or store credit?
Returns and store credit are processed the same day that they are received to our HQ in Chicago, IL. Refunds are issued immediately. Your bank or credit card provider can take up to 7-10 business days to issue the funds back to your account. For more information on when you can expect to see the funds back on your account, contact you bank or credit card provider.
You will receive an email confirmation from Local Eclectic once your return or store credit has been processed.
Please note that return shipping is not covered for international orders, and that shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. Domestic orders must utilize Local Eclectic issued return labels.
