Recipe: Maison Premiere
Ingredients
- 3 dashes orange bitters
- 1/4oz Absinthe Verte
- 1/2oz crème de violette
- 3/4oz dry vermouth
- 1 3/4oz gin
Directions
- Add all ingredients to mixing glass; then add ice.
- Stir with barspoon until well chilled.
- Strain and pour into a chilled coupe or Nick & Nora glass.
- Express oils of orange and lemon peels over drink (then discard peels).
