Blushing Whiskey Sour with Susan Hang

  • Blackberries
  • Simple lemon syrup (equal parts water, sugar, and lemon juice)
  • Whiskey
  • Crushed ice


  1. Combine all ingredients in shaker.
  2. Shake vigorously until blackberries break apart.
  3. Strain into glass packed with fresh ice.
  4. Garnish with additional blackberries.
