About Mia
Mia Swinehart of @gatherednutrition is a registered Dietitian and recipe developer based in Chicago. She's known for accessible yet healthy recipes that help you find simplicity in the kitchen. You can find her good for you (yet somehow still delicious!?) recipes here!
Mia's passion for nutrition stems from being diagnosed with an autoimmune thyroid disease in college and realizing just how much food can impact our wellbeing. She found healing through food as well as other health practices and felt a strong desire to share her journey to help other women.

About the Collab
We mixed Mia’s love of minimal and modern style with Family Gold’s signature heirloom aesthetic to create a capsule collection of solid gold jewelry that’s fresh and wearable for the perfect layering recipe. You never have to take these solid gold pieces off. That means you can wear them on your grocery run, while working out, while going out, and even while cooking.
Local Eclectic Founder + CEO Alexis Nido-Russo and Mia Swinehart of Gathered Nutrition
Since Mia is a fellow Chicago based entrepreneur, she met with Local Eclectic Founder and CEO Alexis Nido-Russo in person to discuss design inspiration, the kinds of pieces she wants to wear everyday (especially while cooking, which is why this low maintenance line is crafted in tarnish-proof solid gold), and most importantly, which pieces she felt would resonate the most with her online community. What they wound up with is a collection full of simple yet eye catching basics that go with anything and everything, including a solid gold signet ring set with Mia's favorite stone blue sapphire, a dainty necklace that can be worn on its own or strung with your favorite charms, and multiple huggie earrings that are all modern twists on classic designs.
