Kombucha Rosemary Mule with Rachel Nosco


Rachel Nosco is a style blogger and the founder and designer behind Midsommar Swim. She spent about five years in New York City where she studied fashion illustration at the Fashion Institute of Technology. You can now find her back in Southern California, living the vegan life and hanging out with her three (cat) children.




One shot of gin (The Botanist Islay Dry Gin is preferred)

1/2 cup Lemon Ginseng from The Bu Kombucha

Juice of one lemon

One tsp lemon or lavender bitters

2 sprigs of fresh rosemary


In a glass of ice, pour one shot of gin and 1/2 cup Lemon Ginseng Kombucha. Juice one lemon and add to glass. Add bitters of your choosing and stir with a cocktail stirrer. Garnish with rosemary and enjoy!
