The Sunshine Spritz: Our Favorite Summer Inspired Cocktail Recipe

The Sunshine Spritz is a super simple lemony cocktail that tastes like sunshine in a glass. This refreshing drink was inspired by Family Gold Season 04, our newest collection of summer ready solid gold essentials.

Ingredients: 

Ice

1 lemon

1/2 tsp sugar

1.5 oz vodka

6 oz seltzer

Sugar for rim

Lemon wedge for garnish

Instructions: 

1. Cut your lemon in half. Set one half aside, and with the the other cut a wedge to use as garnish.

2. Fill your glass half way with ice

3. Pour 6 oz of seltzer into your glass

4. Pour 1.5 oz vodka of into your glass

5. Add 1/2 tsp sugar

6. Squeeze the juice of one of your lemon halves straight into the glass

7. Transfer to a shaker. Pour sugar onto a small plate and using your leftover lemon, rim the glass with lemon juice as a base and then twist the rim of your glass in the sugar.

8. Shake, pour back into your glass, and garnish with a lemon wedge.

9. Enjoy!
