Julyssa Nateras is an undergraduate student at the University of Illinois at Chicago studying Special Ed and Occupational Therapy. Aside from her studies, she is a musician and runs a small online vintage shop, Florecer Vintage, with her mother. She is also working on growing her YouTube channel to push the Slow Fashion movement onward (and to share bits of her daily life as well).
Ingredients for Rosemary Syrup:

1/4 cup sugar

1/4 cup water

1 sprig rosemary, chopped coarsely
Ingredients for Mocktail:

1/4 cup grapefruit juice

2 tbsp rosemary syrup

2/3 seltzer water or grapefruit soda

Rosemary sprig for garnish

Grapefruit slice for garnish

Crushed ice
Instructions:

For the Rosemary Syrup: Add 1/4 cup of water and 1/4 cup of sugar to a pot and add rosemary. Allow to simmer and cook until all the sugar is dissolved about three minutes. Strain into a separate container.

To make the drink: Pour grapefruit juice and syrup into a glass. Fill glass with crushed ice and top off with seltzer water. Garnish with a sprig of rosemary and a grapefruit slice.
