Peach Gin & Tonic with Abby St. Claire

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 peach, sliced
  • 1 oz fresh squeezed lime
  • 2 oz gin
  • 4 oz tonic water
  • Crushed ice
  • Rosemary sprig for garnish
  • Lime wedge for garnish

Directions:

  1. Fill glass with sliced peaches, then add tonic water and squeezed lime.
  2. Pour gin over ice, then add tonic water and squeezed lime.
  3. Stir a few times to combine and serve immediately.
