Today we're talking to Victoria Martinez about her current ear adornment obsession and the ultimate refreshing summer drink. Victoria currently lives in Newport Beach, California but is in the midst of moving to Nashville Tennessee to finish up her degree in fashion design at Belmont University. While at home in Newport she loves to keep it pretty mellow and hang out with friends, trying to go to the beach when it’s warm. Pomegranate Moscow Mule
2 cups of ginger beer, 1/2 cup of pomegranate juice, 1-2 shots of vodka depending on strength preference, and 1/4 of a juiced lime.
Combine pomegranate juice and vodka in a shaker over ice. Shake for 30 seconds and pour into a copper mug. Add ginger beer and lime juice if desired. Garnish with fresh strawberries.
