- 2 oz gin
- 1/2 oz grapefruit shrub
- 4 oz tonic
- 1 sprig rosemary
- Sprig of rosemary and grapefruit wheel for garnish
- In a rocks glass, muddle shrub with a sprig of rosemary.
- Add gin and ice and top with tonic.
- Garnish with a sprig of rosemary and a grapefruit wheel.
