Rosemary Gin & Tonic with Melissa Kinder

Melissa Kinder is a Los Angeles native now living in Northern California. Craving a change of scenery and much-needed inspiration, she packed up her car, got rid of most of her belongings, and moved. Now, she enjoys life in a new city and a career in Public Relations for a start-up company. 



  • 2 oz gin
  • 1/2 oz grapefruit shrub
  • 4 oz tonic
  • 1 sprig rosemary
  • Sprig of rosemary and grapefruit wheel for garnish


  1. In a rocks glass, muddle shrub with a sprig of rosemary. 
  2. Add gin and ice and top with tonic.
  3. Garnish with a sprig of rosemary and a grapefruit wheel.
