Sweet Peach Bellini

2 medium sized peaches, peeled and diced, 1 tsp lemon juice, 1 pinch of sugar, 1 bottle of prosecco, champagne or dry sparkling wine.

Puree peaches with water, lemon juice, and sugar in a blender until smooth. Fill a champagne flute with your choice of prosecco, champagne, or a dry sparkling wine, add puree, and enjoy!

Best Drink Spot: I enjoy any bar in the Lower East Side Manhattan. I think the lively atmosphere gives the drinks there a better taste and creates a fun and enjoyable experience!

Top Trend of the Moment: I’ve been into rose quartz stones lately, which give off a healing energy to help release negative emotions from the heart while bringing a sense of calmness and love. In addition to rose quartz stones, I also have a couple of facial tools that are made from rose quartz.

Favorite Travel Destination: Honestly, there are too many to list. I enjoy places with luscious nature and an abundance of water.

Hidden Gem in Your City: I believe the hidden gems of the city can be found within all the beautiful and talented people in the city who I haven’t met yet.

Thanks, YouMe! This light and sweet recipe has us ready for spring. Speaking of, we're finding major spring trend inspo in our April Showers Collection!
