- 2 1/2 oz gin or vodka
- 1/2 oz dry vermouth
- 1/2 oz olive brine
- 1-3 olives
- Combine vodka, vermouth, and olive brine in a mixing tin filled with ice.
- Shake hard and well until ice crystals are formed.
- Strain into a martini glass and garnish with 1-3 olives of your choice.
