Grapefruit Gin & Tonic with Carlie Tasker

  • Large organic ruby red grapefruit
  • Coarsely ground Himalayan salt
  • Fever Tree Mediterranean Tonic Water
  • Gin of choice
  • Cacao nibs
  • Lime
  • Ice


  1. Slice your grapefruit in half, squeeze half into a shaker.
  2. Rub some grapefruit around the rim of your glasses and dip into Himalayan salt.
  3. Fill glasses with ice.
  4. Add 3 oz of Fever Tree Mediterranean Tonic Water.
  5. Add 2 oz gin. 
  6. Shake.
  7. Pour over ice with a small handful of cacao nibs, a slice of lime, and enjoy!
