Ingredients:
- 1.5 oz gin
- 0.75 oz lemon juice
- 0.5 oz ss (2:1; w:w)
- 3 dashes lavender butters
- 1 teaspoon lizards cherry syrup
- 2 oz champagne/cava
Directions:
- Shake first five ingredients with ice.
- Dispense into coupe.
- Top with bubbles.
