Juicy Ginny with Mel Holmes

  • 1.5 oz gin
  • 0.75 oz lemon juice
  • 0.5 oz ss (2:1; w:w)
  • 3 dashes lavender butters
  • 1 teaspoon lizards cherry syrup
  • 2 oz champagne/cava


  1. Shake first five ingredients with ice.
  2. Dispense into coupe.
  3. Top with bubbles.
