What are Local Eclectic's business hours?
Local Eclectic is online only so you can shop 24/7! However, we do hold regular business hours for shipping and customer service. We are closed on all major U.S. federal holidays. If you are trying to reach us outside our regular business hours or during a holiday, please know we will respond to your inquiry when we return the following business day, between these hours:

Does Local Eclectic have a storefront?
No, Local Eclectic does not have a physical location. We are an e-commerce platform dedicated to representing emerging jewelry designers! If you are interested in visiting us for a fine, 14k solid gold engagement ring consultation, reach out to "firstname.lastname@example.org".
When will I receive my order?
The hardest thing about online shopping is waiting for your package to be delivered. That's why we work around the clock to get your order in your hands ASAP! Orders placed Monday-Friday will ship within 24-48 hours. Orders placed after 1:00PM CST will be shipped on the next business day. During high volume shipping periods and holidays, please allow up 48 - 72 hours for your order to be processed prior to shipping. We do not ship on Saturday/Sunday, so orders placed after 1pm on Friday and over the weekend, will ship on the next business day. Please note that USPS needs 24 hours to process an order prior to tracking, and 48 during high volume shipping times.
NOTE: Any FedEx Overnight orders that are placed after 1pm CST on Friday will not be shipped until the following Monday, as we do not ship over the weekends. All orders placed at that time MUST select the FedEx Priority Overnight option, for a Saturday delivery.
* Local Eclectic is NOT responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged packages once deemed "delivered" by the courier. We also are not responsible for damages or loss should the customer decide to reroute the shipment to a third party location for pick up.
Does Local Eclectic offer Express Shipping?
Yes! We offer FedEx expedited options. FedEx Standard Overnight & FedEx 2-Day shipments do NOT deliver on Saturdays, so if you are ordering something on a Friday and need it by the weekend, you must select FedEx Priority Overnight as your shipping method. All FedEx rates are live.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We offer international shipping through APC, which is fully tracked to the door and takes roughly 6-12 business days(15-30 days for some countries due to COVID-19). APC shipping is a flat fee of $11. All international orders over $200 qualify for free APC shipping! Please allow up to two weeks for international orders to arrive. We also offer expedited shipping through DHL, and those rates are live. As all orders are coming from the US, Local Eclectic is not responsible for delays or additional duties, taxes and VAT fees that may be required in different countries. Please note that additional time and communication with your country's custom's office may be required.
Do you ship on Holidays?
We do not ship on these Federal holidays: Martin Luther King Jr., Presidents Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas or New Years Day. We will ship those orders on the following business day!
Has my order shipped?
Orders typically ship within 24 hours, and you'll receive a confirmation email once that happens. During high volume holidays (Christmas, Valentine's Day, and Mother's Day) please allow 2-3 business days for your shipping confirmation. Additionally, USPS can take roughly 24-48 hours of processing to update tracking during those busy times.
My order has shipped but the tracking information isn't updating!
Tracking typically takes between 24-48 hours to begin updating. We occasionally experience additional lags in the USPS tracking process before orders are delivered, especially during holidays or high volume holiday times. If you still aren't seeing any updates after 48 hours please contact email@example.com.
It says my order was delivered but I didn't receive it!
We sometimes see that a package will be scanned as "delivered" through USPS though this isn't always the case. This is especially common during high volume, holiday shipping seasons. We recommend allowing 24-48 hours to account for potential internal delays. Additionally we ask that you double check with neighbors, housemates or in any delivery areas around your home or porch where the package may have been left. If you still aren't able to locate your package please reach out to us within 24-48 hours after the package is marked delivered, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages through USPS.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Due to the high volume of orders and fast shipping times, we cannot guarantee changes or order cancellations. Reach out to our customer experience team via email with the subject line "Cancel/Order Change" and we will do our best to help you! What is Local Eclectic's return policy?
Returns are accepted within 90 days of receiving your order. You have 10 days from receiving your order to return for a full refund, and any return requests made after 10 days are eligible for store credit for up to 90 days. Further details regarding our return policy can be found here. We will not accept returns for items that have been mishandled, lost, heavily worn, or damaged due to user error. Please do not ship returns back in paper, letter envelopes.
To be eligible for a refund, the following must be true:
- Return is initiated by the customer within 10 days of delivery date.
- The item(s) is received unworn, unaltered, and undamaged in the original packaging -- with the exception of a manufacturing defect.
- The item(s) is mailed back within 3 days of return authorization.
I ordered the wrong size, can I exchange it for the correct size?
Local Eclectic does not offer direct exchanges. If you need to return an item for a different size, we will issue you a store credit once your return is received and processed. The store credit can be used to repurchase the correct size needed at your convenience. Items ordered during a sale will be refunded or issued a store credit for the ORIGINAL amount paid during the sale.
Do I have to pay for the return shipping costs?
When returning an item to us for any reason, we will issue you a pre-paid return label for domestic orders so that this is never an extra expense for you! We are currently unable to process prepaid, return shipping labels for international orders via our postal couriers, due to customs laws and restrictions.
Are sale items eligible for return?
All items in the "Sale" section of our website are final sale and non-refundable. Promotional codes may not be used with any other offers.
I bought an item from Local Eclectic and then the item went on sale. Can I get a price adjustment?
No, Local Eclectic does not offer price adjustments for pieces that were not purchased during a promotional sale period.
What is my ring size?

All of our ring sizes are in US sizing. If you are located outside the United States, use this ring size conversion chart to figure out what your size converts to in US sizing.
How can I select a ring size when purchasing?
Ring sizes are listed beneath each product's name and price. The smallest size we carry is a 4 and the largest size we carry is a 10. Please note that not all rings are available in this range. In stock sizes will be listed in black. If it's listed in grey, that means it's sold out!
My bracelet or ring is turning my finger green, what do I do?
Don't panic, it's totally harmless! Copper and brass react to everyone's skin differently. It could be that you have an allergy to the metal, or maybe you washed your hands with soap or slathered on lotion just before throwing on your jewels. A DIY trick for fixing the problem is to coat the inside of the piece with clear nail polish -- this creates a thin barrier between you and the metal. Alternatively, if you can't stand the sight of turning teenage mutant ninja turtle green, we're happy to offer store credit for your return within 90 days of purchase. Do you offer warranties or repairs on fine jewelry pieces?
As we don't offer warranties, we will facilitate repairs for fine jewelry items within a year of purchase. Repair fees may apply, per designer, after 90 days.
