Women Founded, Women Run
In 2013, Alexis Nido-Russo launched Local Eclectic to share her favorite designers’ one-of-a-kind jewelry with the world. Today, our goal remains the same–to be the place to discover the most talented emerging jewelry designers from around the world. The brands we carry are 94% women founded/owned and 72% of them have 5 or fewer employees.
In addition, we ourselves are also women founded and women run. We currently have 21 employees (14 full-time and 7 part-time) and we do all of our photography, fulfillment and customer service in house.
